For Shopify merchants and ecommerce agencies
Did your Shopify purchase journey still work after the change?
After a migration, theme change or tracking update, we check one agreed product journey through checkout entry. You receive a human-reviewed evidence report and one follow-up check after your team makes a change. Scope and price are agreed before work begins. We confirm timing in writing.
What you receive
- Agree the Shopify storefront, product and change you want checked.
- Follow the agreed product journey through cart and checkout entry, capturing observable browser and measurement evidence.
- Receive a reviewed report showing what was tested, what happened and where a step could not be assessed.
- After your team makes a change, request one follow-up check of the same agreed journey and receive the observed result.
Real browser checks on public demo storefronts
What a check has actually observed
In checks on public Shopify demo storefronts, the browser reached checkout entry with a confirmed cart. No payment or order was attempted. These runs demonstrate the journey and its evidence, but do not establish a defect in a configured merchant store.
A stale analytics tag on a WooCommerce demo
On demo.cartimize.com, the scan observed a deprecated Universal Analytics property referenced in the served markup. The recommended action was to remove the old tag and audit the container. This is a real observed issue on a demo site, not a customer case study or a measured loss of sales.
- Tested
- Clean browser load with network and served markup captured.
- Observed
- UA-132961671-1 was referenced in the served markup on 15 September 2026.
- Expected
- No deprecated Universal Analytics property remains.
What the Shopify demo checks showed
A product was added to the cart and the browser reached checkout entry on public Shopify demos. Missing GA4 events were recorded as diagnostic observations because those demos had no established GA4 requirement. We do not call these checkout defects or customer revenue loss.
These are sanitized observations from demo storefronts, not customer results. We have not validated this offer against a real merchant with a configured measurement stack. Merchant screenshots are excluded from these examples, and no financial impact is estimated.
See the report formatWhat we need
Merchant approval, an exact product URL, variant and quantity where relevant, the expected behavior and the recent change you want checked. Access to private analytics or configuration is requested only if a specific agreed check requires it.
Scope of the check
The browser stops at checkout entry. No payment or order is attempted, and the report does not claim a completed purchase, verified revenue loss or full platform coverage. Blocked or unsupported steps are marked unassessed.
The check covers one agreed journey and one follow-up check after a change. We review the results with a human before reporting them. Safeliant does not change your storefront.
